Managing Partner at Cameo Capital
Mr. Oleg Svintsitski is a private investor, entrepreneur, and fund manager. Mr. Svintsitski brings over 15 years of expertise in international entrepreneurial development and global investment experience in Eastern Europe and the United States. He is currently a Managing Partner at Cameo Capital, a technology investment fund which focuses on taking Europe-based growth-stage companies to a global business arena. Previously, Mr. Svintsitski was part of management team for the fund specializing in quantum physics based technologies and advancements in materials science. He is also actively affiliated with other technology investment funds.
From 2008 to 2012, he was a Senior Vice President at Russia Partners Management, Russia/CIS PE investment arm of Siguler Guff & Company. Siguler Guff is a global investment firm with over $10 billion AUM. Prior to that, Mr. Svintsitski was part of the investment team at EDF Ventures and worked at Glencoe Capital. In the past, Mr. Svintsitski worked at Artann Laboratories Inc. coordinating the company’s research and development projects in medical technology. While at Artann, he helped to raise more than $1.5 million in funding from the National Institute of Health, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, other agencies and private investors. Previously, Mr. Svintsitski was a Co-Founder and Manager of several start-up companies in medical devices and biotechnology, internet services, and wholesale distribution in the United States and in Russia.
He received an M.S. degree with High Honors in Aerospace Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Aviation Institute in Russia, an M.S. degree in Operations Research from the University of Michigan, and attended the MBA program at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
