Erik is a pioneer in social media having launched ASMALLWORLD, one of the very first global social networks in March 2004, to connect and reconnect friends in real life. Prior to that, Erik had a 25-year career in finance and investment banking, including positions at Lehman Brothers and Rothschild, in London, New York and Los Angeles.

Currently the founder and CEO of Best of All Worlds, a discovery platform for people, products and services. The goal is to take online communities and knowledge-sharing to a new plateau, bringing top influencers and connectors together based upon shared interests, common goals, and current or planned location, in a trusted and private environment.

Adviser to several emerging companies that are leveraging the Blockchain technology and launching Initial Coin Offerings of their own.
