He works with Slack’s largest customers to help them understand how Slack fits into their strategy and integrates with their technology stack.
In prior roles at Slack he led the sales teams in EMEA and go-to-market initiatives, working closely with customers like IBM, Comcast, Spotify, Airbnb, Disney and Walmart to help them get the most from Slack and transform the way they work. Prior to Slack, James led growth, marketing and e-commerce teams in software, consumer products and travel, as well as founding his own marketplace for creative work called AdHack. Hailing from Canada, James is a fluent French speaker and he lives by his current motto – “Learn to do by doing”.
